Card Values

2 is always the highest card — playing one immediately clears the pile and you go again.

Valid Combos
- SingleAny one card
- Pair2 cards of the same value
- Triple3 cards of the same value
- Run2+ sequential values, any suits (e.g. J–Q–K)
- Quad / Multi4 of a kind, or 5–8 of a kind in two-deck games

Turn Flow
- 1.Must match the pile's combo type and count.
- 2.Play higher than the current pile, or pass.
- 3.If everyone passes, the pile clears and the last player to play goes again.
- 4.Playing a 2 also clears the pile immediately — you go again.
- 5.First to empty hand = King · Last remaining = Scum.

King & Scum Exchange
Applies from round 2 onwards
- 1.Scum's highest card is automatically taken by the King.
- 2.King chooses a card to give back before seeing what they received.
- 3.Both exchanges then resolve simultaneously.
